Is this text match cut maker free?
Yes. You can customize and export videos in the browser without signing up or paying for a subscription. Video encoding uses your device's resources.
Can I make vertical videos for Shorts or Reels?
Yes. Choose the 9:16 aspect ratio for vertical videos. Square (1:1) and widescreen (16:9) are also available.
How does the match cut effect work?
The foreground word stays centered while a set of procedurally generated newspaper-style compositions changes behind it. You can choose different paper aesthetics, transitions and highlight treatments.
Can I add images and music?
Yes. You can optionally select up to eight images for the background sequence and an audio track. Files are processed locally in compatible browsers and are not uploaded to InkMotion's server.
Can I export MP4?
MP4 recording is available only in browsers that support it. WebM is the most reliable browser-based export option; the editor automatically falls back to WebM if MP4 cannot be encoded.
Why is the video export taking a few seconds?
The animation is recorded on your device in real time. Export duration therefore roughly follows your selected video length, and demanding resolutions may require additional processing time.
Does the text always fit in the frame?
The tool measures the chosen phrase and scales the text to fit the video area. For the strongest impact, use a short phrase rather than a long paragraph.
